• Fort Edward property awarded to HomeFront by the Washington County Real Property Committee for the purpose of neighborhood revitalization. Removal of condemned two family structure for the purpose of new construction.
   
• Kingsbury property purchased for HomeFront office development and as a proposed senior housing site. Multiple derelict buildings will be removed to resolve code violations.
