Do you need some rehab work done on your home?
If you meet the qualifications below, we may be able to help you.
- You own a single family home in Washington County.
- You are current on all property and school taxes.
- You are current on your mortgage.
- Your household income is below 50% of median income.*(see income limits)
- Must be capable of maintaining home for at least ten more years.
- You need major housing rehabilitation, particularly environmental problems.
This program is funded through the New York State Housing and Community Renewal HOME Program and the New York State Affordable Housing Corporation.
